“I have been a resident of the Arbors at Franklin township for 2 and a half years. I have enjoyed many community events sponsored by the Arbors such as movie nights on the lawn, Easter Egg Hunts and many more to include trips and getaways. Each community event provides a great time to meet your neighbors. The Staff is diverse and has a great team. Mrs. Rodriguez, C. stands out from the rest. She is an inspiration and the best at handling your needs. By providing you with the best information about what going on in the community. I highly suggest any new resident stop by and visit her to get a timeline of upcoming community events. They have a great team of maintenance representatives I have come to know as neighbors and friends William, and Meija are the two I have mostly seen and can recall for maintenance related issues that have occurred in the home. Each occurrence was fixed in less than 2 hours. In-home washer and dryer units make it ideal not to head to the laundry mat, and the spacious rooms are perfect.”
